Benedetta Ricci
Postdoc
I obtained my degree in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Bath (UK) in 2019 with a final year project investigating the role of long non-coding RNAs in Cutaneous Melanoma. I spent part of my placement year at the Age Related Disease Unit of the San Raffaele Hospital (Milan) researching the use of deubiquitylating enzymes inhibitors in Multiple Myeloma; and part working in the Clinical Biology Laboratory of the Iris South Hospital (Brussels).
I'm in my final PhD year at CIBIO (University of Trento) where I have been working on targeting the m6A machinery as a therapeutic strategy for Neuroblastoma. I joined the Zaccara lab in January for the final steps of my PhD path.
